Tournament Terms and Conditions
The Organizer of the Promotion is Whitechain.
The Promotion period will commence on December, 4, 2025 at 12:00 UTC and conclude on December, 18, 2025 at 12:00 UTC.
The Promotion is open to all territories worldwide, except for the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, American Samoa, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bolivia, Brunei, Burundi, China, Colombia, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Ghana, Honduras, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, North Korea, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malawi, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Namibia, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Rwanda, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, USA, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Puerto Rico, The Northern Mariana Islands, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.
The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by Whitechain.

The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Purpose of the Promotion
This Promotion is organized with the objective of encouraging the use of the Organizer’s services, including but not limited to the performance of swap transactions within the Whitewallet application.
Conditions of Participation
Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:
- Have an active account in the Whitewallet application.
- Complete at least $10 of swap volume in eligible swap transactions during the Promotion period.
Participating in the Promotion does not guarantee the receipt of any reward. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise to reward Participants and the Promotion shall not be considered gambling, a lottery, or any form of game of chance.
* Eligible Transactions
Eligible transactions include:
- Swaps performed on Whitechain
- Swaps performed on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Linea, BSC
All eligible swap transactions must be successfully executed and recorded in the blockchain in association with the Participant’s Whitewallet account.
Tournament Scoring
Participants will accumulate points based on the total swap volume completed during the Promotion period.
The Organizer may apply coefficients or weightings for different transaction types, including but not limited to:
- A higher coefficient for swaps conducted on Whitechain
- A standard coefficient for swaps conducted on other blockchain networks
Swaps conducted on Whitechain earn an additional scoring weight of x2.
The value of assets involved in swap transactions shall be calculated in USD equivalent at the moment of execution, based on market rates determined by the Organizer.
The points calculation may be updated:
- Regularly at predetermined intervals
- Upon completion of each eligible transaction
- In response to necessary technical or operational adjustments
The Organizer reserves the right to introduce additional criteria for points accumulation, including but not limited to asset-specific promotions, transaction frequency, or other activity-based parameters.
Determination of Winners
Participants who fulfill all conditions of the Promotion will be ranked based on the number of points accumulated during the Promotion period.
The prize poll will be distributed in the following proportion:
- 1st place – 4 WBT
- 2nd place – 3 WBT
- 3rd place – 2 WBT
- 4th–10th places – 0.5 WBT each
- 25 random winners – 0.1 WBT each, the random winners will be chosen using random.org.
All Participants who complete at least $10 in eligible swap transactions during the Promotion period will receive an NFT that provides a discount on the swap fee charged by the Whitewallet application. This discount applies exclusively to the Whitewallet swap fee and does not apply to any blockchain transaction fees, DEX fees, bridge fees, aggregator or other fees.
Participants will receive the following NFT benefits based on their final ranking:
- Participants ranked 1st–3rd will receive an NFT granting a 50% Whitewallet swap-fee discount for a period of 3 months.
- Participants ranked 4th–10th will receive an NFT granting a 30% Whitewallet swap-fee discount for a period of 2 months.
- All other Participants who completed at least $10 in eligible swap volume will receive an NFT granting a 10% Whitewallet swap-fee discount for a period of 1 month.
The Prize distribution will be performed to the winner addresses on Whitechain during 2 weeks after the end of the Promotion.
Participants' data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and to establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner's receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive will be carried out as per the prevailing legislation of the territory of the Promotion in question.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at: https://whitewallet.app/privacy-policy.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the Whitechain website and the Organizer's official social media accounts.
The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer's decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result in where the postal items were not received, received late, became lost or damaged.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition will be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
